Problem Joining My Deezer Family Plan


Dear Deezer Support,

 

I’m having trouble rejoining my Deezer Family plan. One day, I was unexpectedly removed from the family group. Since then, my father has tried to send me a new invitation link several times, but every time I click on it, I get an error message and it doesn’t work.

 

We’ve checked that the link is correct and not expired, but it still won’t let me join the family plan again.

They'll need the account holder's email address, as well as yours, Please send them in private message.
